Autumn is in the Air!

Did you catch it this morning? A little chill, the whiff of woodsmoke. The unmistakable feel of fall. Luna and Bailey were more frisky than usual on our walk this morning. None of the usual muggy heat dragging them down today. Before we know it, we’ll be raking leaves and they’ll be jumping in the piles, scattering all of our hard work, yet making us laugh at their antics.

You know what? It’s ALL perfectly fine with me because Autumn is my favorite season.

Boot, blanket and bonfire weather.

Peak dahlia bloom, colorful mums and pumpkins.

Hearty stews and cider donuts. And for everyone who loves it – pumpkin spice everything.

Football and tailgates – will your team be in the playoffs?

In my opinion, autumn has the best holidays of the year – Halloween, Homecoming, and Thanksgiving.
