Ready to get some Graystem Farm Flowers? Here’s how…

We take pride in cultivating a vibrant array of specialty cut flowers that thrive in our southern climate, including blooms you would expect to see in an English country garden – lavender, peonies, roses, clematis, delphinium, allium, snapdragons, and lilies. Growing right alongside are colorful “New World” natives like lisianthus, zinnias, Queen Anne’s Lace, Coneflower, and solidago. These seasonal flowers grown here on the farm – in bunches or bouquets - are available at our 13 West Flower Stand on Mondays and Fridays, or in bespoke floral design services for your every need. We are also the first and only flower farm in Powhatan County to host pick your own events and special make & take workshops on the farm throughout the year.

Not able to get to us? No problem! Our flower truck “Hyacinth” can be found at the Great Big Greenhouse Farmers Market in North Chesterfield, on Thursdays, March through October, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

  • MONDAY MOOD BOOSTER BOUQUETS

Treat yourself with an uplifting floral arrangement to brighten your home or office and banish those Monday morning blues. You do deserve it! Visit the Powhatan Flower Truck ‘Hyacinth’ at our 13 West Flower Stand at the farm on Old Buckingham Road (Route 13) near the Hideaway Lakes subdivision, on your way home from work, between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. every Monday during the season, weather permitting.

  • FRIDAY FLOWERS

Kick your weekend off the bright way with a readymade bouquet! Pick yours up at our 13 West Flower Stand at the farm on Old Buckingham Road near the Hideaway Lakes subdivision, between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. every Friday during the season, weather permitting. Look for ‘Hyacinth’ the Powhatan Flower Truck.

  • PICK YOUR OWN BOUQUET

We open our flower fields for you to pick your own flowers a few days each bloom season.

Daffodil Day is our Spring open field day. It occurs in March near Easter when the narcissi are in peak bloom. We also offer an Easter Egg hunt for children under 5.

We also host an open field day during the peak of lavender bloom season in late May or early June. It isn’t just for lavender lovers; we have plenty of seasonal flower favorites.

After closing for July and August, we re-open the farm for the autumn bloom season. Join us during harvest where you can find lots of fall favorites.

  • MAKE & TAKE WORKSHOPS

We also throw special make & take workshops on the farm throughout the year. Make sure to check our Events page and follow Graystem Farm on Facebook and Instagram for the latest scoop, or join our email newsletter and unlock access to special offers!

  • FLEUR de LUNE

Though we are primarily a flower farm we introduced a floral design studio in 2026. The studio’s a la carte menu offers wedding florals for couples that love the fresh-from-the-garden aesthetic, don’t require large installations, complex designs, tropical flowers, or on-site set up. We also love to create the perfect arrangements for real estate open houses, birthdays, dinner parties, corporate events, or branding photo shoots focusing on fresh, seasonal blooms.
