Professional Photography on the Farm

We welcome professional photographers and their clients to the farm for photo sessions; however we do have some special rules and requirements as noted below.  All photographers are required to have liability insurance.  A certificate of insurance listing Graystem Farm as an additional insured for each session date is required in advance.

Also required in advance is a list of participants.  We will need your name and trading as name, if any, the names of your assistants, if any, and the names of your clients, along with their session time and date.  Our parking is limited so we may need to make special accommodation for them.

Fees

The photographer, any assistants, and clients are required to purchase tickets to the Pick-Your-Own events. These fees may be pre-paid individually or together by the photographer or by the client.

Rules

·         Photography is limited to areas of the farm open to our guests.  Barns, greenhouses, chicken coop, sheds, house, garage, and other structures on the property are prohibited areas

·         No drone photography

·         Respect private areas of the farm and neighboring residences – photography of or in these areas is prohibited

·         Do not pick flowers from private areas of the farm or neighboring properties

·         Do not disturb other customers; this includes asking them to move or remain out of any area open to our customers.

·         Photography is the woodland areas is welcomed; however, climbing or damaging of trees is prohibited.  This includes carving of initials or names.
